We choose to sell our product online through our own e-store to bring you many advantages:
When you are buying something so important to you and your family you may feel nervous about doing so over the internet; not been able to touch and feel the product, you don’t always know that it will be exactly as you picture it. Maybe it does not meet your expectations, or it does not work in the way you wanted to use it. As parents ourselves at bosieboo we realise this and so have a total refund policy.
So if for any reason, you would like to return the product, we will refund you the amount you paid for the product and the original cost of delivery to send it out to you. You don’t have to explain the reason why you changed your mind, just contact us within 14 days. Then all you will need to do is send it back to us in a resealable condition and in its original packaging; we will handle the rest!
Please obtain proof of postage as we can not provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the original goods back. Unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns service.
